86196 Specula (provisional designation: 1999 SC10) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Hungarians Krisztián Sárneczky and László Kiss at the Piszkéstető Station in the Mátra mountains of Hungary on September 25, 1999. It is named after a former name for an astronomical observatory in Eger, Hungary.
